Andrew stood up, wiping at his eyes.

"No, let's go to the lab."

"Mr. Cullen, are you sure?" Crete asked. He nodded miserably.

"I don't think anyone could work as an Umbrella scientists and be...sane. I was lying to myself thinking she was different," he hesistated, "but I loved her more than anything."

Mike lowered his head.

"Don't worry. I...know it's not your fault," he said.

"Are we going?" Sosuke asked. Andrew nodded, and Morgan rose from her seat on the ground.

"I want to help set things right...somehow..." she said.

'They have a lot of defence systems here... I can't disable them, so once we enter, we have to be careful...' Sosuke said. 'we go down, get in, get the virus and files, then get out as fast as possible, we may have to... kill too...'
Morgan shook her head, caring about nothing now.
'Don't worry, I can kill... just let's get this over with...' She said and started walking.

(Okay Sizer, your job to do the action scene, good luck you guys lol ^^)

The group was led to the first-floor basement, right into a large storage room. It was filled with crates and the walls were lined with gas tanks. There was only one door they could exit, at the opposite end of the room. A dim light hung above them as their only source of light.

Sosuke started ahead of them.

"Wait, Sosuke, we should-"

The sound of gunfire snapped everyone to attention.

"Who's coming?" Kate cried.

"Hide!" snapped Mike. Everyone seperated and moved into different hiding places. Loud footsteps echoed through the building.

Creak.

"Are they in here?" a male voice asked.

"They were heading towards the main computer room last. We'll check there first."

Morgan shifted, accidently bumping against a shelf. To her horror, a gas can fell out and rolled away from her.

The soldiers snapped their heads arounds.

"What was that?" one of them asked.

'Oh no, oh no, oh no...' Morgan thought. She backed away.

"Is somebody there?"

She could hear them coming closer. She prayed that they would overlook her, would get distracted by something else-

-and she screamed as she was roughly yanked up by the arm.

"Look at what we got here. I don't think this belongs to Umbrella," one of the men said. Morgan thought she saw about seven men.

The man holding onto her yanked her forward again, she responded by kneeing him in the crotch. He gave a sharp cry and fell to his knees. She felt triumphant until the rest of the soldiers pointed their guns at her.

"Stop! Leave my daughter alone!" came her father's voice. The rest of the group emerged from their hiding spots, with all their weapons drawn.

"They've all come down here!"

"Drop your weapons!"

The soldiers aimed their weapons at the survivors. The survivors aimed right back.

"I said drop your weapons!"

"Make us," Sosuke said calmly.

The soldiers opened fired on the group, and they dove for cover.

"Watch the gas tanks!" one of the men shouted.

Boris and Crete loaded their weapons, looked at one another, and leaped out from their hiding spots to fire.

Two men were felled. Crete cried out in pain as a bullet got him in the shoulder.

"Crete!" Kate started towards him.

"No! Stay were you are! It's just a scratch!" he called. Another stray bullet flew past them, hitting on of the tanks. Boris knocked Crete out of the way before they were engulfed in the explosion.

"Come on! We can take these guys!" Sosuke called. Andrew and Mike leapt out and started firing. Another soldier fell dead to the floor.

Four left.

Another soldier approached Morgan while she was watching. It was the soldier she had kicked earlier. Her head snapped around as he aimed the gun and wrapped his finger around the trigger.

But he never had the chance to pull the trigger, as Morgan had fired first. He gasped and collapsed to the ground, a round bullet hole in his forehead.

Morgan's hand was quivering.

'I...I...killed a man...'

Three left.

Kate ran out of hiding, her grip tightening on the gun. She moved over to where Boris and Crete had fallen.

"Are you two okay?!" she asked.

"Yes, ve are fine..." Boris mumbled, helping Crete up. His eyes widened.

"Kate, look out!"

She spun around, lifting her gun to fire at the soldier sneaking up on them. Crete fired first, followed by Kate. The soldier fell down dead.

Another explosion. No one hurt.

Two left.

"We have to retreat!"

"No! We stay and fight!"

"No, you stay behind and fight! This is crazy! This is-" he was cut off as Sosuke slashed his throat. The other soldier started to run, but before he could, Sosuke sliced him too.

The others, still shaken from the battle, made their way towards Sosuke.

"We won," said Sosuke simply.

"Not...yet..." the soldier gasped. He fired his last bullet into a gas tank, right near the survivors. The explosion happened before anyone could react.

After the explosion died down, there was radio static.

"....me.....do you co......resp....!"

'Ugh... my... head...' Kate woke up first. She looked around, she was not able to sat or stand up. Everyone around her was lying on the ground. A weak fire lit in the corner, making the only sound in the storage room. 'No...' Her eyes closed, she fell unconscious. A couple of minutes later a few soldiers came in the room, gasping. 'What on the hell has happened here??!!'
'These are Umbrella soldiers, but who are those?'
'It doesn't matter anymore I think...'
'I don't think so, let's just check.'
Well this one's dead, and this too. He checked teh soldiers one by one. 'They're all dead! With bullet marks, I believe those are the killers.'
'Yeah, but they are alive... well no more...'
One of the soldiers aimed his gun at Crete.
'Wait a second... there were 7 of them when we came in... where is the 7th kil...'
'Huh, what have you said? Gah!!'
The soldier lied dead on the floor. 'What-a?!'
'Me... I won't... let you... hurt my friends!' Sosuke said, and jumped in the air. The soldier shot his handgun suddenly, hitting the tank Sosuke was on. He missed. Sosuke was behind him.
'DIE!!' He yelled, and shot again, the bullet hit Sosuke in the stomach. 'Aaahhh' Before the soldier could react, Sosuke cut his arm off, then sliced his skull. 'Aahh... now... you... got...i...t...' The ninja collapsed to the floor.
Morgan was the next, who woke up. She was further away from the explosion. 'Huh? What happened? Where... daddy!!' She quickly got there, checking his pulse... 'Alive...' she reliesed a heavy sigh. 'Daddy, daddy, wake up...' She gently pushed him.
'What?... Darling, are you... okay?!'
'Yes, daddy, I'm fine, help me with the others...'
Andrew stood up slowly, and started to Mike slowly... 'Mike, c'mon... Mike...'
He still lied unconscious. 'Kate?' Andrew asked Morgan. 'I can't wake her up, but she's alive.' Morgan said with little hope in her voice.
'Crete... Crete wake up... Crete c'mon.' Andrew pushed him on the shoulder several times. 'I'm... okay... don't.... wor...ry... Kate?' He asked.
Morgan got closer. 'She's okay... unconscious... but alive.'
Crete also got up slowly. 'Can you stand?' Andrew asked giving him a support. 'Yeah I think so... the others?'
'Well Mike and Kate are... out, I'll try Boris...' Morgan replied, and went near Boris. The russian was in a bad state. 'He's not looking good.'
'What?' Crete counted the soldiers, and found two new dead corps. 'Where did those guys came from? And who kil... SOSUKE!!'
He quickly searched for him, and ran to him.
'Oh noo...' He gasped, looking at Sosuke's wound.
'Nnngh...' Sosuke moaned in a low voice. 'We need serious help here!'
'No... for... get... me...' He spoke slowly.
'You're conscious!!'
'Ye... yeah...' he breathed heavily. 'Listen... here Crete... just... leave me... here...'
'No dude!! No! I won't leave you behind!!'
'You... ha.... have to,... or we all die... down... he...re...' He closed his eyes.
'No, 'Sukes!! Stay awake!!' Crete yelled.
'Ugh... don't... scre.... scream man... I hear... hear ya clearly...'
'Just stay alive, we think about something!'
He nodded heavily.
'Boris is waking up!!' Morgan yelled. Andrew and Crete ran there. Boris moaned something in russian. 'Boris, are you alright?'
'nnngh... d...da...'
'Just stay awake you too...' Crete said with a hopeless face.
'Cr... Cre... Crete...' A voice said. An unmistakable voice to Crete. 'Kate!' He ran to her right away.
'Crete... what...'
'Kate...'
'The oth... others?' She slowly gained consciousness. 'Not so good...'
'My head... head hurts real... bad...'
'You will be okay...' A tear ran down on his cheak. He got Kate in her arms again, and placed her at a comfortable place. 'Sosuke is dying... Mike is unconscious... Boris is in a bad state too... and you... I can't lose... can't lose noone...'
Morgan and Andrew helped Boris up, and sat him on a box. Then they went to Crete.
'What now?' Morgan asked softly with sorrow in her voice.
'I... I don't know...'
'There must be something that can help us here.' andrew said.
'I'm really worried... about 'Sukes... if we don't find medic help soon... he can't hold on much longer with a bullet in his stomach...'
'I don't know this place much... only a few viruses stored there... and the original mother virus seems to be down here somewhere...' andrew was cut off.
'Wait... you said there are viruses... stored here?'
'Yes, the T-virus as well, and some antidotes I never heard about...'
Crete got deep in his thoughts... then he spoke.
'No other choice...'
'What are you talking about?' Andrew asked.
'Andrew... get me a T-virus... and all the antidotes you know about...'
'What?!' Morgan and Andrew gasped.
'We don't have any other choice here!! Just get them quickly!'
Andrew did not said a thing, just walked away to another section of the storage.
'Morgan, try to do something with Boris...'
He said, and looked at Kate desperatly.
'Boris... Boris, what do you feel?'
'Um... pain... my neck...'
'I see, just try not to move it okay, any other things?'
'No... just numb... my arm...'
'Okay then... Do you feel this?' Morgan hit Boris's arm gently. 'Da, barely...'
'Then it's not dead... try to hold something, I'll be back right away.'
Morgan teared her clothes, and went to Crete...
'Huh?' Crete asked, as she started to bandage his wound on his shoulder.
'Here, this should help a little...' She tried to smile a bit.
'Thank you...'
Andrew arrived back, with a briefcase in his hands. 'This is all I could find...'
'Let's see... some bio-virus... no...'
Crete searched deeply in the briefcase. 'The T-virus...' he said in a low voice. 'And an antidote...' He got up, and went to Sosuke. His eyes were closed. 'No... Sosuke, wake up, 'Sukes!!' No response. 'Okay, no other choice left... I won't let you die!!'
He quickly got the T-Virus, and injected Sosuke.
'What are you doing??!!'
'This is the only way we can keep him alive!!!' That's what I'm doing!! Give me the antidote quickly!!'
He injected that into him quickly as well.
'Okay... now we wait...' A couple of moments in total silence spent. Sosuke slowly, opened his eyes...'
''Sukes!! What are you feeling?'
'No... no pain... but strangly... a little... little hungry... Ugh...' He gasped, Crete looked desperatly again. Morgan and Andrew backed a bit.
Sosuke closed his eyes, he fought a war inside.
'no... no... no... I won't do... that... no...' He said mentally, on the edge of consciousness.
'Gah...' He shivered a bit, then opened his eyes.
'Sosuke?' Crete asked again.
'What...?'
'How... do you feel?'
'A little bad... with... a bullet in me... I think... I ... I can hold... on a bit... lon... ger...'
'Okay, we try to get some help...'
'Wait... what... what have you... done to... me?'
'I injected the T-Virus inside you, and the antidote right after it... I think the virus got you feel more comfortable... while the antivirus defeats the hunger, and the mutating effect.. the two together keeps you alive...'
'Ah...'
'Just rest now, I think of something...'
'But how did you know these?' Andrew asked.
'Only thanks to Kate... she told me about... a lot of things... I'm going to see her... Andrew, try to think a way to get out from here... we need medic help for all of us, and quickly...' He said and went next to Kate. He ran his fingers down her cheek. 'Everything is gonna be okay... it must...' He said softly in a low voice.
'Daddy... I want to go down there, and get that evidence...'
'What?!'
'Yes, you look out for the others...'
She ran off fastly. Crete ran after her. 'She will need help, Andrew, look out for the others.' and the two disappeared.
Crete cought Morgan right at the automatic door of the chamber... 'You can't get it alone.. too dangerous...'
'I don't care... you've done so much... it's time for me...'
'Then let me help you...'
The door opened, revealing an elevator... the two went in, the elevator started going down... deep down, to the true hell, the first laboratory... the birthplace of that terrible disease... the G-Virus...

Morgan watched the red lights float up as the elevator made its decent.

"How long do you think it'll keep going?" she asked.

"I don't know. It seems like forever," Crete said. He went quiet again, obviously worried about the others.

"They'll be okay," she said. He didn't say anything.

The doors whirled, coming to life as they reached the bottom. They pulled out their weapons, expecting scientists and horrible monsters to be waiting for them.

But when they stepped out, all they found was a brightly lit room.

In front of them was a metal door, with a red lights lining the top of it.

"I think this is it," he said. She nodded, moving ahead of him.

"I'll go in first. Let's just get this over with."

You hear fotsteps behind you and you look back and see 2 hunters running and trying to kill you then you hear shots and they just fall and Rowantree cames out from the shadows.
